The man Kevin Pereira from G4’s own AOTS [Attack of the Show] decided to make a spoof of Kanye West’s “808s & Heartbreaks”, entitled “808s & Expiration Dates”. A video where he sings using auto-tunes and a simple beat about the expiration date of a few items in his fridge.. It’s pretty funny… So enjoy
As usually I try to keep everyone up to date in whats going on with the site. Personally, I am experience few minor issues with my gamefly account. Apparently my games are getting lost in the mail and are not arriving at my home. It will be a while before I present my next review. With that being said, I will most definitely strive to be more active on the blog with at least an update every other day or every day; just to keep the activity up. I also noticed that the video review I made for Left 4 Dead didn’t go over so well. My apologies for that. I have gotten feedback from friends and you guys, not all of it was bad.. but it could have been better. For the most part, I will be sticking to text review rather than video reviews until I hone my craft in the subject.
As to what everyone else on the team is doing; Arazzor is done with Gears of War 2 and hopefully a review will follow soon. ClassicSwagga is busy with his wrestling career but informed me that he will be posting an article very soon. GeorgiaFan87, I have no clue what he is up to, only time will tell with him.
Hopefully in the days to come, the site will be more active. Until the next post.
Ok, wow so I missed my own deadline. Any ways here’s the review I’ve been promising, enjoy.
Before i start let me say that I’m so glad the patch was released, the issues while small for me where enough of an annoyance to cause me to stop playing. Now on to the review …
The Fallout 3 review that has been promised, is coming. I recently finished the Fallout 3 video game for the PC and now ready to bring you the review. Sorry for the delay, but as you may know there were issues with the PC version, that were recently taken care of via the patch released for the game. Now that I have finished the game I am currently writing the review for one of the best games I’ve played this year. Stay tuned for the full review which will be here at ThaLounge on Friday.
Finally, here it is. The Left 4 Dead review I have been mentioning. I decided to try a video review instead. So please be kind. This one just broke my heiman. It looks very rough. I was having trouble finding the right program to use. So I caved and used windows movie maker. Also durin the edit process I noticed sections of feedback that I have no idea where it came from so 3 or 4 min of dialogue are gone. It was just over the online co-op and versus mode, and how fun it is playing with friends and as zombies. In addition to only having two playable maps. Just to let you know Valve is known for DLC, so being hopeful xbox and PC gamers will get some DLC for extra maps, and hopefully more weapons. [Chainsaw or Flamethrower] Enjoy the review, leave some feedback if you don’t mind. Happy Holidays and Gaming
Aaron McGruder has gotten together with Partner Rumble Studios, to bring you the some funny shit stuff! You can subcribe to their youtube channel. Some pretty funny videos have been made so far. But this has to be one of my favorites.
Now let me start off by saying, This is just comedy! If you are the type that is going to be offended by anything: racist, political, sexual, or religious; this video channel is not for you.
So I’m sitting at my PC, wondering what to do and it dawns on me. To keep the site active I said to my self, ”Why not start weekly updates?” Self said, “That sounds like such a great idea!” So this is what brings me to this EXACT point in time. Continue reading ‘New Weekly Updates’
Hey All, I know I’m late but I meant to post this as soon as I saw this. I’m kinda having issues with my PC, but check this out. Terry Tate is the newest spoke person for Gears Grains of War Cereal. The ”ad” is brought to you from the kind people at G4TV. Full of your daily dose of Locust and vitamins. LOL. Enjoy!
This a bizzare case of [WTF]. So a fourth grade Colorado student wrote a book on how to talk to girls, simply from playground experience and just by observation. I applaud him for picking up infomation so early in the game that probably most men don’t pick up until mid- high school or later, [some develop early too]. None the less, I wonder how many grown men will pick up this book at a local Barnes and Nobles and take tips over their afternoon Starbucks fix.
Before I begin this review I would like to state this post has been produced via my mobile handset. I will do my best to not let the limitations of my handset hinder this review.
Fable 2, produced by Lion Head studios in the U.K presented the Xbox 360 family with the sequel to the top selling RPG game to come to the Xbox . This long a waited sequel is well worth the wait. LHS wanted to focus on the elements of Fable and enhance them dramatically.
